Commercial Inspections
Professional Home Inspection Service provides commercial inspections for office buildings, motels, restaurants, storefronts, apartment complexes, warehouses, and light industrial buildings, etc. These inspections are usually tailored to meet the specific needs of the client, and are priced per quote, based on the services needed and the size and complexity of the building(s). Our commercial inspections, unless specifically limited per the wishes of the client, are performed with the same rigor and detail as our residential inspections. OUr reports include descriptions of all major systems, an itemized listing of observed deficiencies, including an explanation of the significance of the findings and recommendations for correction, and would include photos for improved clarity. Most of our clients choose to forgo background research as specified in ASTM standards. Our office will make all necessary arrangements to ensure that any ongoing commercial activities will not be unnecessarily disrupted by our inspection services.
