Community Service

One way in which Professional Home Inspection Service gives back to the community is by working with Christmas in April to revitalize homes for low income elderly and disabled persons.  Christmas in April is a nationwide organization that works with volunteers, corporations and others in the community to organize one-day marathons which rehabilitate homes, with the goal of allowing the elderly and disabled to live in warmth, safety and independence in their own homes.  

Keith serves on the Broome County Board of Directors and is in charge of evaluating the repairs needed on each home and organizing the jobs.  When the big day rolls around, Keith Gregg and Lon pitch in to get the work done.  In 2000 six homes were rehabilitated in one day!
